Product was perfect for tailgating. The ease of charging, hanging in the canopy, the ability to change from dim to bright, all work great for our needs. Very satisfied with this product.Great for use inside our tent! Couldn’t get the phone charger to charge our phones though. Still keeping it!My husband received one of these for his birthday in June and I loved the concept and hew of light, so I bought a second one and we gave away our 'real' lanterns. On the first camping trip the light started to flicker and went out. After touching it, it went back on. This kept happening for about 15 min. until it went out for good. Our second lantern did the same exact thing on our following camping trip. So I called Coleman customer service and they first told me that we cannot get a refund for the 'gift’, but ultimately they gave us a refund for the other lantern.UPDATE: initially I gave this lantern one out of five stars, I just updated it as we realized the problem was actually very simple. The poor electric connection was due to the top battery lid not tightly screwed in all the way. If you push a little beyond where you’d normally twist the battery back in, it fits into a little groove, where the connection works. So this whole time it was our fault for not fitting it in correctly. Since we figured that out, they have worked pretty well. I like the shade of warm white light they give off, compared to other brands. But one other bad thing is the clear plastic cover for the lights scratches very easily- and I recommend that you make some soft cover for it as soon as you use it- otherwise it dims the light, eventually.Was looking for rechargeable string lights and these do not disappoint! Love the fact that they have multiple brightness settings and they do get bright!Love all of Coleman One Source products. I know you may be suspicious of this endorsement since we received it for free from Amazon Vine, but let the record show that we bought a second flashlight within a day of receiving the first one. We loved it so much that we had to buy one for our parents. Why....?- The flashlight is incredibly lightweight. It is perfect for taking on long walks, travel, hiking, or lighting up your backyard to take the dogs out.- Two beams - an intense beam that will remind you of holding a small canon of sunlight fo illuminating big areas. The second beam is more of a "normal" beam for taking walks or finding your way around the house when the power is out.- Can be used to power devices on the go with the built-in USB charging slot. When this is coupled with how lightweight it makes it ideal for travel, camping, and hiking. You can put it in your backpack and use it for a light and as a portable charger for your phone.- Easy to charge... it take several hours to fully charge.. but it is not an issue.Final verdict - a fantastic flashlight. It is a bit on the expensive side, but we feel that it is well worth the cost.Coleman flashlight worked perfect for three weeks until I said it upright like a rocket and the LED bulb burnt out it should’ve lasted for a lifetime contacted the seller and he would only send me a return label with no return postage, If I returned it in pristine condition so I was left stuck with a defective/non-working flashlightAmazon could not help me because it was notSold through them so they could not print me out a return postage label and the seller would not return my money back if I returned it. My only remaining option was to buy another one from Amazon that was sold through Amazon with a two year warranty through AmazonFailed on 2nd use, light doesn’t turn on but battery is fully charged. Only 90 day warranty available. Will be contacting Coleman for replacement.Lantern would not light, even with the battery fully charged, it was defective
