We have a big tent for our family camping trips, but we needed a tent more suitable for just my husband & me for a camping trip for just the two of us. I wanted something inexpensive (because we don't know how many trips we will take with just the two of us), good head room, and room enough inside the tent for the two of us, a queen air mattress, and our stuff. This tent appealed to me because of its height. Most smaller tents are very short and require you to lay down to get dressed in the morning. This tent had plenty of headroom. The first night we had the air mattress in the center of the tent and we could sit on the bed and take our shoes off outside the tent and then go on into the tent. But, to get the most of the height, after the first night, we put the air mattress to the side so we could stand in the center without our heads and backs touching the sloping side walls of the tent. The material is a little thin, but we don't expect to use this tent very often so I still expect it to last a long time. The zippers seemed to be made well enough. The bottom of the door has quite a step up to enter the tent. This wasn't a problem for the two of us, but when I set the tent up in the yard, my toddler tripped on it when trying to get in the tent. My 4 year old had no issues going in and out of the tent while it was set up in the yard. The bottom of the tent is nice and thick and well made. The windows are a nice size too. The tent isn't incredibly breathable so the windows come in handy to allow a breeze on hot days. The tent requires quite a bit of space to put up. The poles are really long because of the height of the tent and that makes it a little difficult. I struggled when putting it up by myself the first time, but after the practice run, it was easier the second time. The rainfly goes on very easily. I can't say if it does well in rain or wind as we had none of either on our trip. The seams are reinforced with the plastic stuff so I think it will be fine in the rain. I do recommend this tent. I will most likely be buying a second one so that we can use these 2 tents for smaller camp sites that won't accommodate our big tent. I believe this tent will hold 2 queen air mattresses, but that will leave no space at all. We will put a queen and a twin in it if we take it on a family trip and put another queen and twin in another tent and it will be enough space for our family. The pictures show the air mattress in the center of the tent and the space on one side of the tent. The space on the other side was equal to what's shown in the picture.
