I was looking for a solution that would eliminate our current air mattress solution for guests in our RV. Camping brings dirt, rocks, and other things automatically into the camper and having to worry and fuss every evening to make sure our air mattress wasn't going to end up popped by whatever debris we carried in on our shoes was a pain.I have tall family members also. The old-school cot from Boy Scout Camp days just wouldn't cut it. I wasn't impressed with the cots that advertised the thin padding either. I wanted something simple, light weight, comfortable, and flexible enough we could still take them tent camping if we wanted.These cots, for their price, were way more than I bargained for. They are tight and supportive. They passed the water test. And they are super simple to assemble/disassemble. We pack them away in a cabinet and roll up the small camp pads we have from our scouting days and they take up very little space.I no longer worry about our air mattress, our guests have their own bed, and the guests thus far have only mentioned a few sounds when turning over. We'll try talcum powder to resolve that when next we have guests.Great value!
